   2.3 The Studio does not verify the reliability of the Personal Information provided, believing that the User acts in good faith and with due diligence and takes all necessary efforts to keep such information up-to-date.

3. Purposes of Personal Information processing

   3.1 The Studio carries out the processing, including the collection and storage of the Personal Information, only the Personal Information necessary for supporting the feedback from the User.

   3.2 The Studio is entitled to use the Personal Information for the purposes of contract concluding, information service, including notification to third parties, as well as for conducting marketing, statistical and other research on the basis of anonymised data.

4. Requirements for the protection of Personal information

   4.1 The Studio shall store Personal Information and protect it from unauthorised access and distribution in accordance with its internal rules and regulations.

   4.2 The Personal Information of the User remains confidential, unless the technology of the Website or the settings of the software used by the User allow open exchange of information with any Internet users.

   4.3 The Studio has the right to communicate Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

   • The User has expressed its consent to such actions;
   • At the request of a court or other authorised state body in accordance with the procedure established by law;
   • In order to protect the rights and lawful interests of the Studio in connection with breach of contracts concluded with the User.

   The User has the right to exercise the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data by sending the Studio a request for their complete and irrevocable deletion to hello@lepekhin.studio

   This Policy may be unilaterally amended or terminated by the Studio without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy becomes effective as soon as it is posted on the Website, unless it provides otherwise.
